This was not the delicious meal I normally get from new peking express, ribs like rubber, lemon chicken inedible due to being so sour it made my eyes water, chips hard dry and tasteless, the other meal was nothing to shout about either. I usually telephone the order but decided to order on the website. I'm now wondering if the takeaway was so busy they passed my order to some other place as this was the worst meal I've ever had from peking express.
Very disappointed tonight ordered 2 x special chow means after being so good last time waited 70 minutes for delivery had to ring up and finally the meal was cold and totally tasteless what a bloody shame was enjoying peking but go elsewhere now .
I have just been verbally abused by the owners and watched them while they verbally abuse their own son and the poor lady behind the counter who were both close to tears!! They have a sign up in the shop they they won’t tolerate abusive customers and will call the police yet it is acceptable for them to take 2hrs to deliver stone cold food which is then taken back and they then refuse to refund and then be abusive to the customer, their own son and the counter assistant to the point I have had to call the police and will be reporting them to trading standards! Where is this ever acceptable. Please a avoid and b share
Salt and pepper box is brilliant, can choose what you want and don't want inside and they'll replace with other options. Sweet and sour chicken is also really good. Always my go-to Chinese.
Had to wait an hour and 40 minutes for the food to come, when the food came all the food was cold, barely any chips in the salt and pepper munch box, mainly full of onions. It said it would come with a coke but no coke arrived and you can barely pick up the salt and pepper box because the bottom is so soggy. Would never order from there again.
Service over the phone from a woman was aweful. Unenthusiast and sounded annoyed when answering the phone. Gave estimated time of 45- one hour. Waited an hour and 45 minutes.. terrible delivery service.

Ordered last month and it was shocking. Gave it another chance tonight for a birthday meal. It arrived after an hour and a half, cold. Almost zero chicken in the salt and chilli crispy chicken. It all tasted awful. Literally the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. They are trying so hard to save money and do over the customer that it's become embarrassing. The chef and the store should be ashamed to call that Chinese food. Your nation would laugh in your face. It won't be getting another chance. Sadly I first tried PE about 6 months ago and it was lovely but they have failed at every corner since.
I have just ordered and received my order, lovely food as always 30 minutes delivery. The food is lovely and I'm fussy.
New year's Eve tea I orderd at 6.30pm landed at 9.45 stone cold ! Sauce gone all gammy with being cold wouldn't recommend at all
