😡😡😡Very badly staffed and total liar’s, I have used them for a few years but have had enough now! Ordered my food at 5.30 and was told an hour, after 1 hour 20 I phoned to be told my food had been assigned to a driver and will be with me very soon, after 2 hours I phoned back up and was then told my order had been lost, liars, they didn’t say that when I first rang, will never use again 😡😡😡

Disgusted with the service and food quality tonight. I think peking express has got new management because the food was cold, the rice and prawn crackers where burnt. They forgot one of our dishes which we are still currently waiting for. When I phoned up to let them know we hadn’t received that dish the lady on the phone was extremely rude and basically did not care. I have never received such bad customer service is my life and I have been ordering from this Chinese takeaway shop for as long as I can remember. I understand ok maybe the food might not be perfect every time but that on top of the extremely rude lady on the phone was appalling. If I could I would give less than one star. Me & my family will never be ordering from there again. (Peking express, Strood, station road)

Supossed to be delivered at 7:30 now 8:34 , over an hour late, no updates or anything absolutley ridiculous.

Really disappointed, have used this takeaway for years but over the last few months gone down hill. Ordered food at 5.30 on a Saturday told it would be an hour, called after an hour and a half to be told we are husy its Saturday food on its way, I live maximum 10 minutes away and waited a furather half an hour. Food cold not sure I'll be ordering again.

Been ordering from this takeaway for a while, they always provide top quality service to me, can’t understand what the previous reviewers are on about. My food always arrives on time (give or take 10 mins) and is nice, hot and tasty. The Singapore fried rice & crispy chilli beef is my favourite and recommend this to all locals.
