So disappointed with this company. I placed an order on their website for a pair of acavallo opera stirrups and the website advised in stock. After not receiving them I contacted the company who said they were out of stock and would be arriving from the suppliers and they thought they had messaged everyone. I never received a message unfortunately. I then had to keep chasing them for updates after they told me they would be in the following week. I agreed to keep them on order due to this fact. I have now received news after chasing them again to find out when I would receive them to be told the suppliers have run out of stock ! I know that this company cannot be held responsible for the suppliers running out of stock but they are responsible for keeping their website up to date and if they had done that I would have been aware that they weren't in stock with them and would have placed my order with another company who did have them in stock and ready to be shipped to me. These stirrups are now sold out everywhere and not due in to the main suppliers until the end of February! Feeling slightly let down.

Ordered some items online in early Feb. By mid March still heard nothing so phoned up. I'd managed to obtain one item elsewhere so I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded which they did. They also advised me the other two items were no longer available in the colour I ordered but offered it in an alternative colour to which I agreed. By early April I'd still received nothing and they'd stopped answering the phone so I opened a disputed through PayPal which I won. They may be ok as a drop in shop but I would not recommend to online customers.

Just had poppy out for a saddle fitting .a lovely lady very professional fantastic service ,highly recommend her . Thank you poppy x

Biased but Poppy the owner is an amazing saddle fitter and the shop stocks tried and tested products, and feed is cheapest around
