Did not have to wait long to be served, also sells stationary and has new small range of frozen food. Sells sweets and soft drinks
I have changed currency multiple times here in the past going back a good 15 years. On my latest visit I was surprised how the currency conversion counter was closed and I was told they could just change the currency at the regular till, there was also no receipt given, I believe the post office is required to do this according to their own terms and conditions however I was told no receipt. The overall professionalism has really gone downhill and it's quite sad to see, unfortunately won't be using them again and that makes me sad as this was always a professional friendly post office.
staff are friendly and quick to help. but we often choose this one because the service is consistently excellent.
Visited this post office on Wednesday morning as my friend wanted to get cash back on her post office card a very pleasant young gentleman advised her of the cost to withdraw the cash . He explained if she had the app there would be no charge.She asked for assistance to download the app converter which he did very quickly and patiently and she was very grateful for his support .
All ways excellent friendly service & it's new range of frozen meals are yummy!
