Fantastic new studio with great bikes and equipment. However it is all about the instructors and they are amazing, especially Louise! It has been the best form of cross training to improve fitness and speed. The new owners are working really hard to make it a great experience for all their customers. Give it a go!
I LOVE Pedal Studio, all 3 owners, the instructors and of course all my fellow riders! It's a brilliant way to get fit, loose weight, improve endurance and get faster! It's for everyone and for all abilities, young and old! Great new facilities and the owners have invested a lot of time and effort into the new studio.
This was my first ever spin class. As a distance runner I have always been somewhat skeptical of the benefits of cross training. My first class may have changed that opinion. The studio was well equipped. My fellow spinners were committed and friendly. The instructor had clearly invested considerable time in preparing for a Halloween themed ride. It was fun yet hard work! How it should be.
I started going Pedal Studio a couple of months ago, and I cannot say enough, how much fun the classes have been. The music is great, and every class is always very energetic. You can always guarantee the instructors will make the class enjoyable, making you come back time and time again!
I'm really enjoying the spin sessions at Pedal Studio. I like the fact it's owned and led by fellow cyclists who emphasise the importance of good technique / posture etc., during the class and can offer advice and tips for training outside too. There's a good mix of sessions depending on what you want to focus on - intervals, strength and endurance. I'm particularly pleased they've just introduced a 90-minute performance focused session - a great way to keep up the training during the cold winter months. They've recently upgraded a number of the bikes and are introducing a new heart rate monitor system too - so I'm looking forward to seeing the developments over the coming months.
Andrew and his team have put together an amazing facility that is setting the trend for indoor cycling studios, It looks simple and straight forward but it is actually packed with the latest technology that the rider needs......a free heart rate system,huge screens,excellent bikes & some of the very best Spinning® coaches in the country. The best thing I like is it has no membership fees that tie you down,it's all Pay As You Go!!! That screams 100% confidence in the product.
Been coming for many years. Love being able to attend different classes on a pay as you go basis. Teachers all very competent. You'll definitely come away feeling amazing and having a good workout no matter your ability.
Pedal Studio was probably one of the worst studios I went to in London. To begin with, the studio is located in this downstairs back room of a building and it's not clear how to even get to it. The studio is also crowded with spin bikes, making it hard to get around. What made it the worst was the instructor though. He expected us to already know the process for getting set up, pretty much yelled at my friend and then during the workout he just shouted out all his instructions and we could barely understand him to know what to do next.
Great no frills spinning studio with added benefit of heart rate monitors so you can tailor your training and track your progress.
I love the classes on Monday and Wednesday. Really great to build up your fitness and reach those goals.
