Tranquility Spa is a peaceful retreat from the rigours of everyday life, with our
aim being to ensure your experience is relaxing and memorable from the very

The luxury treatment suites opens seven days a week and welcomes all members of the public as well as hotel residents from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and from 10am to 6pm on Sundays.
Out of hours appointments can be arranged but must be pre-booked no less than 48hrs in advance.

Very nice hotel of great character. With a Warren of corridors and some impressive public areas. Staff are efficient and friendly.
Awesome experience and superb hospitality. Will definitely recommend this place!!! Staff are extremely welcoming and take care in making sure guests are comfortable throughout.
Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and very different staying in a castle. Room was cozy and bathroom was clean with a good shower and toiletries. Improvements that could make it better would be more selection at breakfast and the carpet in the room was tired.
Fantastic place,great setting, staff 5-star, food great. Love to go again just needs a little upgrade to become a 5 star like bathrooms and bed mattress, and more choice for evening meal. We then that would highly recommend.
