About

Pebbles yard Gallery and Espresso bar is a relaxed and charming establishment set right in the heart of the smallest city in Britain; St. Davids.

Story

We are the home of Jacki Sime Photography and also deal in works from various artists in various mediums; from Photography to paintings, to pottery, to Jewelry, to cushions.
Upstairs from our gallery is our popular Espresso bar. Here we serve coffee made by our baristas, soups homemade on the premises, made-to-order sandwiches using locally baked bread, and cakes homemade exclusively for us by a local lady.
Directly outside the Gallery, we support local gardener Bernie Stevens by selling a vast range of his flowers and plants.

We are open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm, from the beginning of February to the end of December.

It's a gorgeous building and the gallery is lovely but I just paid £2.50 for a 250ml plastic disposable cup of orange juice that I watched the barista pour out from a big convenience shop brand carton with a big "£1!" sticker on it. I get that these places need to make profit but a 900% mark up on a low quality product is mad. The milk in my flat white was burnt and also served in a disposable cup. Quite disappointing. But a tourist trap no less
This is the best double shot latte I’ve ever had. Serious! Semi dog friendly. They aren’t allowed inside, but there is tables outside, with a lead holder and water bowl. Nice.
In 2023 why is this cafe using single use items! Such a dissatisfying experience. The Welsh apple cake was delicious but if we had known it was paper plates and takeaway cups we wouldn’t have bothered
Only one member of staff present, who was overwhelmed by the arrival of a group of 12 bikers who all ordered coffee and cakes separately. Sadly, we didn't have the time to wait for our turn, as the cakes all looked delicious.
Delicious coffee, wasn't in the mood for cake, but the selection looked very good. Gorgeous jewellery and home wares, which seemed to be be very reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Had we not have been on a hike, I would have bought a few things. Only 4 stars, because coffee is served in paper cups, but this establishment is a gallery that serves coffee, so completely understandable. Well worth popping in for a peruse.
Lovely location but very disappointing. Our coffee and hot chocolate were served in paper cups. I’d understand that if it we were having take away but we were sat inside. The cake was ok but the drinks were awful. I genuinely don’t understand other reviews saying that the coffee is good. It’s really not! The hot chocolate was watery and the coffee was utterly tasteless. There’s better places to go. This place is really best avoided as there’s zero attempt to provide good service
Mediocre coffee, oversized drinks - great if you prefer tasting steamed milk rather than the very light espresso. Chocolate sprinkled on our drinks whether we asked for it or not. Needs some thought giving to the layout of the seating. Smoothie was very good. Food looked good and we wanted to try, but no card payments? Seriously? Cash only? That's enough in itself to make sure we never visit again.
A popular spot with seating inside and a sheltered courtyard outside. Only purchased coffee on each of two visits and the wife enjoyed her latte. My flat white was chalk and cheese. A good strong kick on day one, weak and milky on day two. The result of having different servers.
The member of staff who was serving today was so arrogant, rude & totally unprofessional. Suggest some customer service training to avoid losing future customers. As a courier with a party of 12 today, I certainly won't be revisiting!!!
No thought to customers with disabilities. You have to climb stairs to get a drink and then return with hot drinks downstairs trying to avoid other customers on the way up. There was a black bin unattractive in cafe near to our seating where we were supposed to leave used cups. Overall, customer service lacking. The2 stars are for good range of cards.
