The staffs are polite, excellent and professional. They will guide you wonderfully through the exam.nPauline was so helpful throughout the exam process, and she addressed all my concerns.nAlso, I don't know her name but a young lady in the reception offered me a glass of water during my break, which was so nice as I would have totally forgotten that.nExam rooms are quite and clean.nI had a wonderful experience in this test center, definitely deserve 10/10.
Staffs were so kind, gave clear instructions, explained the process, I felt calm at the test centre and I passed at my very first attemptnHowever the MCQs were bit complicatednAll the best for those preparing for their Theory Test
Wonderful staff at the centre who maintained all Covid guidelines and were very friendly in assisting to take the DVSA Theory test.Lockers need repair as they were not working properly.The invigilator gave clear instructions about the different modules of test and the relevant durations.nnThere are no parking facilities at Chatham CCS Test Centre. The nearest car park is on Sir John Hawkins Way St John’s Car Park which is an 5 minute walk from the test centre and easily accessible.
I know some of the reviews are bad but I had a very positive experience today with this centre. All the staff were very friendly,polite and professional which made me relax a bit. Everything ran smoothly and overall a good experience
Booked in for HS&E test, turned up early and no problem, staff very helpful and friendly guiding every step of the way.nVery professional all round , thank you.
