Terrible customer service. I sent a sweatshirt back ages ago and am constantly messaging on Facebook and emails. Nothing!! Do not buy from them!!

Terrible. do not buy from here. Ihave recieved a faulty jumper and no one is responding to my numerous messages. its awful. so upset and disappointed.

I have placed 2 orders with Pearl & Earl recently. First time the items I ordered were out of stock, I'm still awaiting a refund 6 weeks later. Second order placed soon after the first (before I realised this company were to be avoided) I received the item but not in the size in which I ordered! I have been unable to make contact despite sending numerous emails, no response. Phone Number incorrect. Disgraceful lack of customer service, appallingly bad, I'd seriously recommend that you don't purchase from Pearl & Earl, they don't even deserve 1*
