I attended a craft workshop in the loft room. We did pebble craft, and had coffee and cake. Great coffee and very tasty lemon drizzle cake.Food: 4/5
Lovely crêpes - a crepe with lemon sauce was amazing and so was the one with chocolate sauce. Service was great and friendly. You can go for a walk in the fairy forest outside afterwards or browse the little shops. Ample free parking Parking: Large parking is available & free.
It is a very lovely place. We have been coming here for years and the food is always great. Service is fantastic and it is a lovely place to eat in. Also the Cider is amazing. Will be definitely coming here again and will keep on bringing my friends here too. Although I do like it for dates with my wife alone too Food: 5/5
Visited Pear Tree Creperie this afternoon and the visit was excellent from start to end. We were a family of six so we had quite a large order and both food and drinks arrived quickly, all together and was absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly staff too- I asked for water for our doggies which was no trouble at all even with how busy they were. It was enjoyed by all, especially by the four out of our six visiting from France the home of the crêpe big thumbs up from them. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely crêpes - the La grande was amazing and so was the La complete. Service was great and friendly. Coffee was great with lots of options. You can go for a walk in the fairy forest outside afterwards or browse the little shops. Free parking. There is also outdoor seating. Parking: Lots of parking - all free Kid-friendliness: Play area and fairy woods outside for children to go in afterwards Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible
Recently, I came across this Midlands gem @thepeartreecreperie located just outside of Lichfield at @heartofthecountryvillage and decided to make this a Friday afternoon treat to myself This! Was probably one of the best things I've eaten in a while. It's called a Galette - buckwheat flour savoury pancakes - loaded with salad, bacon, mushrooms, and goat's cheese. Heaven As their name may give away, they are also an excellent place for crepes. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options Parking: Plenty of free parking as part of the Heart Of The Country Village
I've been here a few times now, very nice and pleasant location. Calming atmosphere with pleasant staff. The food was good as well as the service. There is plenty of parking, which is just a very short distance to all the amenities.Food: 4/5
Very nice crêpes, see pictures, nice setting, easyish. I had the Banana, ice cream and chocolate sauce - very very good. Would definitely recommend due to cheapish prices and quick waiting times. I must say though, book in advance. Will come again!
Very thoughtful service today thanks to Amy, who swapped our upstairs table with a downstairs one to make it easier for less mobile members of our party Fab food as always, and a great atmosphere. Authentic, welcoming and always a delight. Merci beaucoup Dietary restrictions: Buckwheat galettes are naturally gluten free. They will gladly swap a crepe for a sweet galette if you ask.
You really can't go wrong with crepes. They're a fairly neutral taste and you just order the food you really like and that's it. You get handed a little packet of gastronomic delight. Your favourite food, put in a little servíng device. Mine was a sweet one, all maple-y and sugary. Could just as easily have been eggs and bacon, which I'm sure would have been just as delicious. However, the genius move here is the serving hatch. They didn't seem to have it open when I was there It was fairly windy mind but it must make them a fortune. You see, in people's minds there's a commitment, a positive action and a whole sequence of etiquette when you walk into a restaurant. It's not often an impulse action. There must have been thousands of folk who "Nearly" bought a crepe, but couldn't be bothered with the whole restaurant thing. But with a hatch, it's like buying a Twix from the corner shop. Walking round the village, brain says "Blood glucose a bit low........Sugar and carbs over there" and you say a few words to the lass stood in the window and in two minutes you have the answer to all your problems in your hand - Easy,.........And wonderful!!!
