Terrible company, they are so unreliable. I have had the misfortune in having to use this company four times. There has been a problem with my booking every time, from what a gathered when I enquired as to why they were late, it seemed that they have taken my booking before they have checked to see if there was a driver available. Also the taxis are in a terrible condition, two out of the four times I have used them I have noticed defects (a headlight out & a dangerously worn tyre). This would insinuate that drivers are not checking their vehicles before they are going out on the road, or worse the company does not have a system in place for regular checks. The drivers themselves seemed nice enough, but I would not trust the company as a whole again. I have used other taxis in Sidmouth, who have been much better.
