In the face of some less than ideal scenarios, the folks at Peak were exceptionally well humoured and endlessly generous, ensuring they pulled out all the stops to get us moved into our new home. The team worked like absolute troopers all day, ultimately helping our sellers move out after they'd experienced some tricky personal circumstances the day before. This ensured we were moved in, somewhat later then planned, but complete none the less. I can't thank the guys enough for all they did on the day. PS I reckon you could have got that unit ;-)

Booking a survey with them was easy, just rang them and agreed on date and time, Arrived 5 minutes before time. Once they came into my home they took shoes off without me even asking them too. they went through some questions with me and i took them round my home showing them what was moving and what wasn't. They gave me what i thought was a brilliant price so i decided to book with them and they also provided me with free boxes for my move which was great for me and saved me alot of time and hassle and they dropped them off at a time that suited me which was handy. On the day of the move they all turned up with uniform on and on time and made it so easy for me! they were polite and friendly and smiling through out the day! which was nice to see. once they were packed they met me and my partner after we waited a little while for keys at the new house to unload the two vans. We just had new carpets fitted and to stop the carpets from getting dirty they put down carpet protector and placed all my furniture where i wanted without any hassle at all. even when i wanted something moving they did it with no hesitation. They made my move so easy and stress free, and i would recommend these guys to anybody 5 out of 5 for the performance!. The team was done for about 3pm and even reassembled the beds for us! which gave us alot of time to unpack the things during the rest of the day. They picked the boxes up at a time that was convenient for us too! many thanks the peak removals team for all your hard working effort! Mr & Mrs Harris.

Avoid these amateurs. The company recently changed ownership so don't trust previous reviews. Peak removals came out to see our house and scope out the job, and gave a decent quote so we went with them. However on the day of the move only 2 men showed up at 9.30 to move our 4 bedroom house. They said the other 3 movers had taken another job and would be with us late morning to complete our move. We had to be out the house by 2pm, and by 12 there was no sign of the other movers and the excuses started rolling in - difficult access at the other move (should have scoped the job), the van's on its last legs. My pregnant wife and I had to start moving stuff into the vans to make or 2pm deadline to be out the house, even with us helping it was 2.30 before we finished. We had to negotiate with our buyer to leave our garden and garage contents behind, fortunately they agreed. The other van didn't show up to move the rest till after 5pm. When my wife got back to the old house she found them sitting in the van - by this time only 2 extra movers - twiddling thumbs, even though we said the garden gate was open and they could start moving the garden. It wasn't till 9.30 that they finished moving us into our new house, and we were only 4 miles from our old house! Worse, when they left I found a mountain of stuff dumped by them in the garage which was labelled for rooms in the house, so my move didn't even end there. I'd been working non stop to get things moved myself, why am I paying people to do this? Not what you need when you have a pregnant wife and a 2 year old. It was really stressful, I'd never recommend this company. On moving day you need reliability and these amateurs can't deliver! They scoped our move in advance but got greedy and booked another job on the same day. They still wanted full price!

Absolutely great company to deal with. Professional and affordable. Would recommend anyone to use these guys!
