Lovely pharmacist looked at my little boys rash and ruled out other possibilities before selling us some medicine which has started working straight away. So much easier than going to the doctors!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever i have a new prescription it’s always followed up by a telephone call from the pharmacist enquiring if I’m having any problems or have I any questions. A totally professional establishment that puts the patient first. A huge thank you to everyone.
Major issues with the turn around time for prescriptions. Prescription requested on a Friday through app, doctors have advised it gets sent the next day to pharmacy, so next working day would be Monday. I try and collect the following Saturday and it is still not ready, this has happened on the last two occasions, and I have to have the medication no later than the Saturday I have tried ordering my medication earlier this month and the doctors will not issue it any earlier, their advice is to change pharmacy, I have 16 items a month. I have spoken to the pharmacy and they have said the turnaround by them should be 2 working days !! That is their guidance, clearly not achieving this. Very poor service.
I've been hesitating about posting this review as I generally like this pharmacy - most of the staff are friendly, it's kept very clean, and they have a decent range of products on shop floor.nHowever I'm loathed to give this review 5 stars as there is one major gripe I have, and it's to do with the attitude of one pharmacist in particular. I'm unsure of her name I want to say Donna, but I'm not completely sure but I've been served by her almost every time I've come in specifically to pick up a repeat prescription. Whenever I'm being served by her I'm made to feel as if I'm being a burden or wasting her time - her speech is very curt even though I've seen her casually chatting with other customers, she almost always has a disinterested or annoyed look on her face, and the only variable I can think of is age I'm in my mid-late 20s, and the people she tends to act more friendly towards look to be in their 40s or older.nI'm not deluded enough to think that anyone who works behind a counter needs to treat every customer as if they're the most important person in the world, and I'm not even particularly bothered about making small talk, but her stark shift in attitude without any apparent reason is a bit perplexing and very upsetting.
Disgraceful service by a very rude pharmacist.nHave used this place a few times and have always been happy.nHowever when going in today looking for Malaria tablets for holiday, partner was actually made to feel bad on how much work it would be to order them in as none in stock. Partner as actually recommended to go all the way to Super Drug in Wellinborough and come back if they didn't have any.nnAs if we dont have better things to do on our day off.nnDisgraceful, abrupt and rude service, will steer clear in future I think. Will take pur business to Super drug as requested by the store itself.
