I recently went into the Northfield branch.I wanted to try on a dress. One of the members of staff came running over to me to tell me the changing rooms were now shut. I asked her what time the shop shut to which she said 5.30pm it was 5.15pm. I told her I would take 2mins. The sales assistant just blankly looked at me.
I was and am extremely unhappy with this service. It was one item of clothing to try on. It's safe to say I shall never be going there again as I feel this was unacceptable
