This greengrocers has been here all my life and I have been grateful to be able to go there over the last year during lockdown. It's really made me appreciate it and the quality is fantastic - I won't go back to buying my fruit or veg from a supermarket. Fantastic service and wonderful products. Staff always lovely and they have a great range, particularly love their huge lemons, apple danish, crackers and breadsticks! Love the display outside and even picked up a load of bird seed recently too. Thank you!
Excellent variety of seasonal fruit and vegetables together with other goodies like bread and deli items. I always buy more than I intend to as there's so much that's too good to resist and it's nice supporting a local shop too.
We travel from Grayshott to go to this wonderful greengrocer in Merrow. Why? Because of the wide range of beautiful fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses and much more besides. You will know that sometimes, you go into a store and buy things and the bill is more than you thought it would be. Here is different as everything is such exceptional value - especially compared to a supermarket. The staff is very friendly and helpful and full respect to Covid restrictions are provided. Oh, there is also a superb butcher's shop just two doors away as well!
Absolutely love Peacocks. Old school Deli, but bright and full of goodies. Everything fresh and tasty. Smiling staff to help you. These places are rare to find so they need local support to keep them going. Keep up the good work.
Often pop in and buy a few things, but not a regularly as I should. Bought ingredients for a meal the other day and was amazed at how every single thing tasted better, fresher, tastier, brighter etc. than any other source! Lovely veg, cheeses, olives, fruit, in fact everything they sell is superb quality! Will be popping in more from now on.
One of those rare independent shops selling fruit, veg with a deli. Good quality produce a bit more expensive than a chain but the service and products are better. You can even sit outside and have a drink watching the world go by.
Staff always friendly and helpful. They stock a great variety of fresh food. Has been an absolute godsend during this difficult time.
Deli selection, bread from the Christmas bakery and great fruit and veg... the cauliflowers and the air freighted mangoes cannot be beaten!
