From the moment I rang and spoke to Helen at Peaceful Paws I knew they were the right people to support us through this difficult time.. Ruby passed suddenly in her family home, and was much loved by us all. Not all of the family had a chance to say a final goodbye. Peaceful Paws helped facilitate this final goodbye with the utmost compassion, understanding and support. From start to finish Helen was open, transparent and so understanding of our circumstances. Every single detail was explained clearly to me, including the process involved and Helen gave me the time and space to come to my own conclusions. It made a difficult process so much easier to navigate. As a family, we are beyond grateful for the opportunity to say one last goodbye to Ruby and I could not recommend Peaceful Paws enough to support folks through this difficult but inevitable time. “All that we love deeply becomes a part of us”."},{"text":"After losing my beloved cookie to cancer at 15 years old I wanted a peaceful and loving goodbye with dignity . I am so glad my partner found peacefull paws because cookie got all that and more . From arriving and finding a bed laid out for his last sleep with a paw blanket to tuck him in ,lit candles the smell of cinnamon in the air and a quiet calm and private room to say goodbye . I went to collect cookies ashes and Helen was wonderful everything ready and laid out from a lovely flower posie his footprints and a lovely hand written card ect it was so touching and a wonderful touch . Knowing our dog, Wilson was respectfully dealt with took a weight off our shoulders. Thoughtful touches ie, paw prints including a card and wild flower seeds to plant was wonderful. The guys at Peaceful Paws treated him with the utmost dignity and respect, and you can tell that they genuinely care.
