Just to say a big thank you to the vet and nurse who treated my dog gypsy mcconville Saturday 29th June at PDSA Manchester longsight. I appreciate how you treated my dog with injuries and cannot thank this service enough, as a donation vet I am so thankful you helped my dog and we’re so understanding of the situation, I think we all need to appreciate how hard this Pdsa works they are not private vets that charge thousands for treatment and without them a margin of society would be left in a VERY bad place for pet care if PDSA was not here without PDSA ALOT OF PETS WOULD NOT SURVIVE , so thank you so much for all your help your job is not easy as an nhs worker it is hard but is very valuable and appreciated she is now ok the mend thank you all. Without your help I really don’t know what I would have done and your work is very valuable. Please donate as much as you can when you get your care.
The staff here are just amazing and do what they can to help. They were excellent over the phone and contacted me back so quickly with an emergency appointment when my son Milo decided to steal a hot Cross buns off my plate the little genius. Alls well now tho. Thank you
Had to have my girl of 15 years euthanised here the other day and I was heartbroken but it was for the best to ease any suffering which I couldn’t bare to put her through. The vet and her nurse that dealt with my cat were so amazing and gentle with her. I cannot thank them enough for treating her in such a way. I did not get their names sadly but thank you for helping Minx pass peacefully.
Disgusting attitude from everyone apart from the receptionist who was lovely. The vet was so cold and rude. She didn't have an ounce of compassion whilst my dying pet was lay in the carrier I was holding. I was then spoken to in a really bad way by the large lady pharmacisct who was sporting a masculine hair cut. She seemed like she was having a really bad day but I get the impression she has one every day. All this on top of what I was already going through was nothing short of horrible I'd never waste my time with this place again. After this I could never adopt another animal whilst not having enough cash to pay for immediate treatments
Great care and support, including separate sections for waiting with dogs and cats, but the internal doors are so narrow that they're really hard to navigate if you happen to use a wheelchair. I like that they have a tannoy system to let owners who are outside with their pets know when they need to come indoors, too.
As you know I brought my companion Tia to you to stop her suffering after fits and seizures, heart breaking time ,she went in my arms. Thankyou for the understanding of the staff at that time Thankyou again.
My cat Tyler is nearly 15 years old and I really thought that I was taking her to be euthanized. Instead she was given a thorough examination and a tooth extraction and sent home with medication for her many ailments. I'm so grateful for PDSA as I have 7 cats.Tyler can be treated for free but I always pay the most I can for her because she and my other cats are treated so well. It can be frustrating at those times when you need the help of PDSA but don't have the money. I try reflecting on the good they do rather than bemoan the state of my finances. Thank you PDSA for everything you do for animals everywhere.
These wonderful people are amazing. So kind, so patient, so professional. Our dog Tilly would be so poorly without them. Thank you so much.
My dog is safe in the hands of PDSA We always donate even though we are eligible for their free service. Thank you and Merry Xmas
rang up about half hour ago saying my 7 week old kitten was in a bad way she told me id have to pay around 1000 pound altogether to be seen sadly he just passed away out of order asking for that kind ov money before they could see him needs to be shut down this place pets should be seen no matter what and payment plans for people who cant afford it right up
