This shop used to be lovely, but now I buy my stuff on Vinted for a much better experience. Much better value for money and I don't feel like I'm being watched and followed around the store. It makes me feel sad!
Fantastic shop great offers on DvDs affordable to all and prices start at 99p with more collectible DVDs priced up to £6.99 People only moan about the prices when their scanning to see if they make money Of the back of a charity. These shops are raising money for a important cause.
This shop is way overpriced on Dvds Games they were selling games much higher than Cex. Manager not very helpful he was pricing second hand games compared to sealed price games on Ebay.
Has a lot of items, however everything from the books to clothing items are highly. Good store an hour just don’t go here often as not charity shop prices
Not a fan of how there is a staff member at the top of the staircase watching. I immediately came in and left after about 2 minutes because I just felt uncomfortable with it ‍‍
Great little charity shop. Found some real bargains here and lots of interesting stuff. Staff are friendly and the music in the background is great, love the jazz played. A must to visit if you have not done so already.
I liked this shop a lot, very popular and lots of lovely things, and bargain prices on clothes. Things were just very slow at the till, but apart from that it was a thumbs up. My second visit recently was a bit disappointing at the shop assistant did not greet me, no please/thank you just a cold interaction whilst supervised by someone stood beside her making sure she did things properly, Strange that the girl serving me had a name badge that said Lead Volunteer, she certainly didn't seem to fit that title, and also didn't fold the item I bought properly.
Everything is overpriced. There was a tag of £3.49 on the purse and when I went to the counter to pay, the manager was like this is not the right price. You have to pay at least £8 because this is a Radley purse. There were used shoes which had a tag of £75. It certainly doesn't feel like a charity shop. Also, the manager is always looking at people like everyone is there to steal. I will never enter this shop again
Friendly staff and service. A convivial atmosphere and an impressive selection of donated goods. The goods include books, clothes, shoes, and knick-knacks. The profits from the PDSA Charity shop fund domestic animals needing veterinary attention and care.
Awful customer service, a charity shop is supposed to be exactly that not Harrods prices for donated goods and the staff standing on the stairs watching over everyone is extremely intimidating and rude I avoid this shop for them reasons
