Great customer service! Often you only discover what an online supplier is like when things go wrong. When a pair of shoes I recently bought developed a fault shortly after receiving them no fault of PDH Abbey in Customer Service dealt with the problem promptly, politely and effectively. Thank you for your assistance, you made problem resolution pain free.
Probably the best customer service of any company I’ve used. Had a couple of faulty items - no fault of Pdh, it happens! - but thought would write review to let others know. PDH reached out to sort replacements without me even asking.nReally good selection of kit, reasonably priced too! Have been using PDH for couple of years now and always had quick deliveries and reliable service.
International buyers beware. If you need an item urgently do not use this website. Unfortunately they use Parcel Force for some international deliveries. Parcel Force state deliveries take 6-7 working days from the UK to Singapore however I ordered my items on the 6th of September and it’s now the 20th of September and the item has not even in the delivery country yet. In the end I ordered from another seller in Spain on the 17th and received my item on the 19th.
Best shop and go to online store for squash equipment in the UK.nnTheir reviews of rackets are bit 'markety' but apart from that these guys are amazing.nnBest range of rackets compared to anyone else. Amazing trial service. Quick dispatch and delivery even on the free service. And great customer service in anything goes wrong.nnThank you guys for existing and supplying us with all the squash stuff we need in the UK!
