I was amazed at the way I was treated here.. they were very gentle when they handcuffed me, and used such appropriate persuasive language to make me feel comfortable in them. They carefully guided my head into the chauffeur driven vehicle which took me to my final destination. Once I arrived I was kindly greeted by the wonderful staff, to which I was astonished to be guided to my king suite by the luggage boy, he was clearly after a promotion as he insisted on me removing my string from my tracksuit bottoms to make me feel full comfort. The place was such a 5 star palace that they even remind you to remove your shoes apose entering your room.. just in case a lower class person had been presented with this wonderful Experience. The only reason I have given 4 stars is purely because the food was just not up to the standard it had described. Other than that I will be sure to be arrested here again!
I love the staff at Basildon custody police station. They are so friendly and helpful I get anything that I ask for. My health is always checked and monitored and I get feed food with lots of cups of tea. Gary the NHS doctor is my friend he comes into my room to have a chat. I would give five star rating, only there is no toilet paper, which is a disappointment I guess that's cut backs for you. You even get to have a photo shoot while you stay there. If anyone is going to get arrested make sure it is with Basildon custody police station.
You claim to be busy police officers, yet you don't know the law and your stood around doing absolutely nothing, have you no shame? Why don't you do your job? Do you take pride in lieing to the public? Lieing, undereducated wetties
They take one look at a 6' 7" male and think I'm a bully. But it's ok that my severely autistic 4 year old son can be made fun of by a spiteful, manipulative neighbour. But because she's female, I'm looked at as a monster. Then they make fun of you in custody, saying things like, "I've called the hospital to see if him missing his antidepressant medication will kill him". Then laughing hysterically. I've recently received a letter of apology from them for not looking at evidence, but surely that's what they're paid to do. They would only re-open the case to take away my punishment, but wouldn't look at the evidence incase it makes them look even worse!
I was left cringing with embarrassment after reading spelling mistakes which were in abundance in these reviews. And the reason for giving 5 stars is for the patience of coppers operating in the Basildon area. I feel for you, guys. I wouldn't choose working here if government offered me £50k salary.
Had to order them to return property seized. Court order under Police Property Act 1897 will compel them & I advise anyone waiting to use this Act. Apart from this, as for any school with unprofessional and untrained teachers, this station should be placed under special measures or closed pending a Human Rights review.
Tried reporting a large group of joyriders and very loud music in Tesco Pitsea car park I live opposite waited ages for someone to answer my call and in the end couldnt afford to wait on the phone any longer! So I guess no sleep tonight, like every Sunday and the police do nothing
Got my phone seized and my pasport found not guilty at court 1 month later sill cant get my stuff back police officer in the case finishes at 5 pm when i came there at 3.45 he was not at work and wount answer my emails or phone calls thanx to DC May for waisting my time.

Racist bunch didn't help my friend when he was beaten up and heavily bleeding as a PUBLIC servant u ment to help the people but if we are not the same race u just push us aside like some tramp on earth this is 2018 and your mother still didn't teach u anything
