Once great - I will remove or change this review if they rectify the issue. AVOID if you can, unless you are desperate for something.  Most recent purchase was a disaster, internal process completely broke down around a simple cable request on the build, was sat days with no progress, took them 15 days to turn around a very basic build, got no communication as they didn't even know it wasn't progressing as I had to make contact.  The PC arrived and the Case/Chassis was damaged! Not from transit but must have been done in warehouse possibly. ...as you can see from pictures. I then needed a replacement quickly and was prepared to pay before the refund of the damaged item but in-between Trevor sending me the link and him pushing through the order they had increased the cost of the PC on the website!  They would not honour the original price Not Trevor's fault at this point in time, what a lovely way to deal with someone you have sent a damaged item too!  Absolutely appalling way to deal with a customer when they sent me a damaged item in the first place!

I haven’t owned a desktop for quite a while and had considered building my own, thought better of it and finally settled on PC Specialist.  Picking all my own parts, the site saying what parts worked with the other, picking my case was a really easy experience. Plenty of options for how to pay, explanations for each stage of the build, and a live tracker of the % of dispatched builds.  Ordered, built, and delivered with zero issues and the PC has been fantastic. Highly recommend

I ordered a gaming laptop Recoil 17“ Laptop with the RTX 4070. The tech is as good as expected. Problems were:  - The Laptop came only in Chinese though made in UK but I fixed that - the onboard keyboard is just ridiculously cheap it literally looks like the cheapest fake, letters have no sharp corners, Windows button basically a white square Support said, that they would check if I could swap them somehow but never got back to me. - the onboard speakers are incredibly dull and weak. My iPhone 8 ! has far better sounding speakers  Besides that I love my new Laptop. But for a bit over 2200€ I would have expected better quality components by faaaaar better.

First time ever ordering a PC being a console gamer for so long and I had literally no idea what I wanted, I just knew I wanted something decent enough to play a specific game.  I was able to find a configuration that was built specifically for the game, made a few little tinkers and the builder helpfully tells you "XX part might not work with YY part".  After ordering you get loads of updates, including where to plug in your HDMI if you've ordered a graphics card and a great 360 view of your PC.  All in, superb first experience buying a gaming PC, it works even better than I had expected and when I eventually look to upgrade I'll go to PC Specialist as my first point of call.

I received fantastic service from PC Specialist! I had been wanting to get a gaming PC but had no idea where to start. PC Specialist's website made it easy, and I was informed of every stage of the build process. My new PC was built and dispatched in just three days. It's working perfectly with no complaints. I will definitely recommend PC Specialist to anyone who wants a gaming PC but doesn't want to build it themselves.

Best PC/Laptop builder I have ever worked with.  They have a wide range of spec and ready to order PCs and I am happy to order my Editing PC from them.  The best aspect is that they answer all my questions less than a day weekdays by email even some of my questions were silly. LOL  The ordering, building, testing and dispatching process is also visible in the website, so it makes your purchase more interesting and reliable.  Highly recommended

Brilliant website for building my PC with plenty options that allowed me to tailor it to my budget. I particularly liked the compatibility checker that prompted me when items I picked wouldn’t work together. During the build I was kept informed of progress and was even sent an image of the machine once initial build had completed. The machine arrived well packaged and the build itself was very neat good cable management.

They built my PC within a couple of days and dispatched it so that my order was with me a mere 4 days after I'd hit order. Cable management is impeccable and it all fits together perfectly. I'd for sure recommend to a friend

PCSpecialist are always my go-to company for providing my PCs. The specification and ordering process is easy to use, even for a relative novice as it warns against some configurations eg power supply more than required, and stops incompatible configurations from going forward You are then kept up to date with the build process, including a 3D photo of your kit midway through the build! When you get the build, they provide all the spares that came with the parts so if you need to make amendments later, you already have all the screws, cables, etc you would have had if you built it yourself I cannot fault them
