Fantastic experience with Josh Brawn. In my first appointment, Josh took a global assessment of my neck injury - investigating my strength, the report from an MRI scan and ability to do normal tasks. At first appointment, I was struggling to do the most basic of tasks. The therapeutic treatment plan was catered to my specific injury, switching between stretches, deep tissue massages, exercises, alongside easing me back into the gym as my strength and fitness had severely deteriorated. The treatment plan includes 'home work' with easy step-by-step instructions emailed over to continue progress at home. Josh not only helped build back physical strength but mental too, he was the only face I saw for many weeks when the injury was at its worst, always smiling and helping me push through! I highly recommend Josh's services
