I’ve reviewed PCM before but such a friendly responsive team. An alternative repair shop more convenient for me to get to, provided a quote which was twice as much and would have taken twice as long, worth making the effort to get to PC Macgicians. Thank you.

My laptop suddenly became totally impossible to use for no obvious reason, i could not even log in. These guys certainly are magicians and had it up and running within a very short space of time, and at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend highly enough

Amazing service!! The big surprise for me was the consultants answer unto Apple Store : "We can not help you recover your data! .." I got them to phone companies where  are asked minim fee on returned data-£ 300 to £ 1000 !! It was horrible . The guys from the PC Magicians return  information back and replaced the hard drive, to the better Version in the short term and for the normal payment. It was the best surprise in UK for last 10 years.....

I came from Battersea after struggling to find a local and suitable repair shop/technician for my desktop PC. I had a good feeling about this shop and they at least have a website and  do not charge for diagnostic and quote which is perfect also there is no fee if they don't fix the issue  I am so glad I took my computer there,  I got the PC back after less than 30 minutes. The issue was the power supply. Friendly and very efficient staff : Thanks so much !

Absolute legends diagnosed the problem with my Mac for free the keyboard was completely gone and then fixed it for a very reasonable price. It was all done in two days, with great communication and my laptop is as good as new! With only four days before my undergrad dissertation was due, these guys were my saviour! I would definitely go back if I needed another repair.

They were very patient with all my queries, and finally fixed my laptop in the time period that they promised, for a pretty affordable price. Would definitely recommend. The staff are very understanding and friendly!

I needed my water damaged trackpad replaced ASAP as I am self-employed and working from home. Once the replacement part had arrived, my laptop was fixed within an hour. Thank you Salik and I would recommend this repair shop.
