Great customer service

I was having a real hard time setting up a FTP server. I thought I knew what I was doing, until Gary came along.
He pointed out so many mistakes, then explained to me how to put them right.
A top job, well done Gary.

Faultless service, provided the assistance and explained the problem due to my laptop faliure without it having to go back to manufacturers which would of been of high expense and time consuming.Would recommend and definately go there first again if any more problems arise.
