Nearly bought a house via this agency. However, they did not make things easy. They firstly tried to make me use on of their two recommended solicitors for the purchase. The solicitor represents the buyer/vendor, so this is the person who should be choosing them, not the estate agent! Also, there was a terrible lack of communication from the agent during negotiations. I was kept out of the loop. I could not live with the terms of the seller at short notice, so pulled out of the purchase due to this.
PJC have been great once again. George helped me find what I was looking for and the whole sales team managed to get the purchase over line despite the hurdles posed by the chain above. I'm grateful to Claire for doings lots of leg work chasing solicitors. I have seen how other estate agents operate and PJC are head and shoulders above them. The switch to the rentals team has been seamless and as ever they are helping me to get everything into place in a speedy timeframe. Thanks Pete

Very smooth and efficient on our recent house sale. Alex in the Bridgend office was a superstar, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and her communication with us at all times was faultless. Alex also did a video tour of our house and the attention to detail was brilliant, you really brought out the character of our family home, you are really talented! Then once our house went under offer and accepted we then dealt with Claire Bevan - The Progression Manager. Claire was super efficient when it came to communication and again, nothing was ever too much trouble for Claire, you were friendly, welcoming and beyond professional. All in all we couldn’t be happier with PJC and would not hesitate to do business again with them in the future. A huge thank you to Cath and her wonderful team for all your hard work and support. We sold our house over the asking price within the first week and we really could not thank PJC Bridgend Office enough. Their constant contact and updates with the sales progression always eased my mind and I always felt updated. THANK YOU! Will always recommend.
Wouldn't trust these cowboys. Offer was put in on a house we really liked. Apparently vendor wanted x amount. We put in the offer the vendor wanted and an hour later pjc ringing to say that the vendor wants to go ahead with another viewing! We put in an offer with what the vendor wanted so property should have been taken off the market there and then! They then have the cheek to tell us other appointment we made to view another property would have to be changed to a morning appointment. They know full we well that morning appointments are no good as myself and my partner work Monday to Friday until at least 4 pm. Absolute cowboys and obviously looking for the most money. Just a shame people decide to market their properties with this company!
Excellent!!!!! We had our house for sale with another agent in Bridgend. We switched to PJC and they sold it within 2 weeks. The after sale team were absolutely amazing! Rhiannon dealt with us initially and then Claire dealt with completion. It was a stressful last few days as a young family with the lower chain. As a former conveyancing Solicitor I know her job role and can say for sure that she went above and beyond for us on a daily basis, even at this extremely busy time of year. If it wasn’t for Claire I doubt we would have completed when we did. I will be recommending this company to all. Thank you!
