Went to top up my energy key with my energy support voucher in Nov. In Oct I took my voucher in with my passport - and they did not look at the passport. This time I was without my passport and they refused the top up. I was advised that I also needed a bill with my address on. This change in policy necessitates a further one hour round trip when fuel is expensive. My advice to McColl's - be consistent - and perhaps also try to be kind.
