We have been with Payplan for the past three years and they have been very, very helpful, polite and understanding. We have never had any problems when dealing with the company as all their staff are very knowledgeable and nothing has been too much for them to help with. I would recommend them.

Completed an IVA just recently and was run and managed OK. But after care a joke..no real help with creditors. Had a query re disbursements and not heard back? Advice re credit file clean up was REALLY  poor.  Do you know Payplan have taken £4500 in 'fees' over 50% out of what I have paid over the term. They instructed me to do a PPI claim and got nearly £1000 which had to go to the creditors..fine but Just how much of it did the creditors get? Very little I suspect.  The post 'support' call from Atiya was Just to sell and promote add on financial services like  mortgages..really??! How are you expected to get a mortgage with no deposit?! Which is highly unlikely after coming out of an IVA

Had a relly good experience with PayPlan.  They were really helpful all the way through my plan. I have one last payment and I will be debt free after 3 years. Thank you to all the pople who looked after me. Veronika

Great support when you first need them. Helpful. Empathetic however, receiving multiple messages lately from creditors saying they haven't received a payment lately, yet my app says its paid.....so where is my money going? 6 emails sent.....still no answer!!!!!!

I spent 5yrs in an IVA with this company. I completed my reviews and other than a 6 month payment break I followed all their schedule. I was 2 weeks from discharge when they cancelled my iva saying I had breached my contract. I later found out they had retained most the money for their fees.

Contacted through Paypal advice..asked them to do income and expenditure on phone due to neuropathy in my limbs..offered to send paper forms!!! Same issues would apply...cant hold pen for long tome or tap on a phone for ages!!! Waste of 40 minutes on call..you either want to help or not in this instance..companies are meant to be disability inclusive..clearly this one isnt..staff member was 19...I know how debt help works aged 54..but this one wasnt interested..because my debts are under 4k no doubt..woupdnt make enough money from my plight !!!

Superb service. I spoke to Kelly and Catia and all my debt is sorted into one affordable monthly payment. They've took a load off my shoulders. I recommend them

I should have read the reviews first! I am fully aware that I'm eligible for a debt relief order and simply needed a company to process it. They tried to convince me into a payment plan, which obviously benefits them and not me. Told me that certain outgoings didn't qualify yet these same outgoings qualify according to other companies. Don't waste your time, clearly want to make money rather than go through the cheaper option. Cue the generic 'We're sorry about your experience' reply.

As another review said, nice people but pointless. I did an income and expenditures form just for the system to input its own figures and the outcome was not a true representation of my situation. Left me feeling even more hopeless and depressed.

Stay away from this company.  Myself & my partner sought advice from this company based on our debts of now over £10,000. They looked over our budget day one and said a Debt Relief Order would be absolutely fine for us to go ahead with. Queue THREE MONTHS of back and forward of them asking for more and more documents and then asking for the same things multiple times. Even to the point that by the time they’d have EVERYTHING they requested they would then need the earlier stuff again as it had been over 2 months so had to be removed. Only for them to turn around after all that time and tell us that I could do a DRO however they suddenly believe my partner is not eligible for it.  In the time we’ve been waiting its now been so long that we have bailiffs coming to our house weekly.  We have since sought advice through Citizens Advice & National Debtline who have confirmed we are absolutely eligible for a DRO each. Wasted almost 4 months of my life where they’d never reply when I needed them, unless THEY needed something, and they would also ignore responses and then email me again accusing me of not responding. Ridiculous company, avoid if possible.
