Much more spacious inside than I expected! Really clean too. I expected to leave covered in fluff but not at all. There are clear rules for the cafe and the cats don’t come and walk all over you and your food. As a person with cat allergies I was absolutely fine I did take extra meds just to be safe.nnThe menu was great and I had a vegan cheese toastie which was yum! It’s a great cafe that happens to have cats, rather than a cats home that has a bit of a cafe. It’s very well run. It’s a shame you can’t stay longer as it felt a bit rushed but we were happy we got to say hello to all the cats.nnThoroughly recommend!
Lovely cafe. Nice and quiet. Have to book in advance which costs £5pp, but this goes towards the care of the cats so its definitely worth it. We got seated straight away and told all about the cafe. You are allowed to wander around and meet all the cats who were all very kind and gentle.nnThe food and drinks were very nice and reasonably priced. Our server Kamilla was very nice and attentive, and so were all the other staff we spoke to.nnOverall a lovely experience and definitely worth booking if you're visiting Romsey.
Bought the afternoon tea option for me and my dad as an early Xmas present for him; they were super accommodating and considerate of our dietary requirements and it seemed good value considering it was also a two hour slot. Staff were super friendly and made sure we had enough drinks throughout.The cats were all lovely, albeit rather sleepy during our visit. Would love to revisit if ever in the area again :
A pleasant and relaxing CATmosphere, they have currently 8 resident cats which you can pet carefully, there are some rules to keep the cats safe such as no feeding and picking up. Children have to be at least 6 years old and a member of staff must let you in and out of the inner foyer door to ensure no little fluffs escape into the road. A donation of £5 each per hour booking that goes to the sustaining of the cats.nnThere is parking around the corner next to the church.nnThe staff and the resident cats are friendly and welcoming, the food and drink is great and well presented with kitty style menus and crockery etc.nIf you love cats and cafés then it is a must, they even have a little gift shop to help raise money to look after the cats which are all clearly well groomed, pampered and loved.n
What a lovely find having a cuppa with the cats today lovely place in Romsey totally recommend it I would book in advance to avoid disappointment but well worth it staff are so friendly lovely food and drink very clean and to be in a world surrounded by cats I thought was very therapeutic definitely will be back.
