I took my 3 Granddaughters, aged 9, 7, and 2, this morning to see Sleeping Beauty. The lady at the ticket office was extremely helpful, she printed our tickets off for me, then, as I'd booked for upstairs. She swapped our seats for downstairs. The Usherettes I'm showing my age were absolutely brilliant, they kept coming over and asking if we were ok, did we need to move seats, in case the girls couldn't see. They even gave them ice creams at the interval!nSuch fabulous, helpful staff made the whole experience so much easier for me.nI can't recommend a visit to the Pavilion enough, just remember to say hello and give the staff any feedback you have, they were very appreciative
Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to the Pavillion Theatre. Been here 100s of times and never had an issue, until this one time.nWe purchased front row seats, but almost immediately a group seated behind us were loudly talking, swearing, kicking our seats and repeatedly leaving to drink before returning even more disruptive. Staff were aware of the behaviour.nRather than addressing the individuals causing the disturbance, we were offered alternative seating — despite having paid for premium front row tickets. The disruption continued and we ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave early.nOur complaint has since been dismissed, with the theatre stating staff “did what they could.” In our view, relocating well-behaved customers while allowing ongoing disruptive behaviour is not an acceptable solution.nVery disappointing experience and not what we expect from a theatre.nAnd for that we will never step foot in there again I would rather travel to Venue Cymru.
Love the Pavilion, the place is modern, staff are amazing, seats are comfortable and just feels intimate and nice. Only watched comedy here but the amount of names now choosing to play here is testimony to this super little place. Sat in many different places and don't think there is a bad seat in the house, however from the top circle it can be difficult to see if the comedian goes out into the audience. Massive car park right next door but, give yourself a little extra time to park and pay as the machines can be a little confusing at first.
Xmas panta visit, coffee bar is costa so reasonable quality and reasonable priced compared to Venue Cymru in llandudnonnFoyer area spacious and comfy.nnUpstairs in theatre for watching panto, seats comfy. Audio at times not clear- but hard to determine if that was the stage equipment or speakers
Had 2 brilliant experiences, for Rapunzel and last years Panto. No faults, apart from people coming in late ruining the atmosphere and having to stand up to let them past when the show is on.
