Came here for the day and it was an incredible experience. Fully themed for Halloween, no queue longer than 20 minutes, every ride open. So clean everywhere and all staff were super friendly. My only negative is that the photo deal only gives you digital downloads of the physical photos you choose. Would be good to get digital downloads of all photos and include the 5 physical photos in the deal. This is the level of customer service every business should aim for. Will definitely be back again.
We had an incredible day. We visited for Halloween and the park looked amazing! Pumpkins and other decorations were absolutely everywhere, Peppa and George were dressed in their Halloween costumes and Patch the pumpkin was walking around the majority of the day. We came on an off peak day so we weren’t expecting the Halloween event to still be on but I believe it was only the show we missed out on, but as the park was extremely quiet it was totally understandable. There was next to no queues for any of the rides. We visited with a 2 year old and was so impressed that there was so much for us to do we ran out of time! We can’t wait to visit again!
This was our first time with two kids age 4,7 and we all enjoyed it! We have been to different parks but this one was a bit different. The park was clean and we didn’t wait too long for the rides! both my son and daughter had great fun on the rides. There are quite a few good restaurants/eating places and loads of Parking. I think I have not seen this big Parking for any theme park in the UK. Amazing! My daughter has already taken promise from me that we will come again!
Even though there were no long queues for the rides, they were still cleaning and doing checks when the park opened, this should all be completed before you allow guests into the park. Some rides had one person operating it, the swings for instance, I'm not 100% sure but there are at least 30 to 40 people on that ride. The older gentleman was running this ride by himself, he was super friendly, helpful, trying to ensure everyone was secure and happy, you go to Peppa pig world and if you know how big that section is, there were four operators on one ride it was crazy.
It was a fantastic day out. It blew our 2 year old's mind! At the start, we thought the entrance price was very high, but there is so much to do and see. The park is immaculate! Garden's are beautiful the themed area's are some of the best I've ever seen amazing attention to detail and all the staff were so happy and helpful. It would be better if the park opened a 9 as we felt we missed out on a fair bit. We visited on a weekday and spent most of our time in Peppa Pig World. The rides were great for little ones, with the longest queue of 15 minutes. We took a packed lunch, and there were lots of seating areas and benches. They even have baby changing rooms with a microwave to warm up milk/food. You can tell this park has been designed so well, and we had a day out to remember! What an amazing day my Family and myself had. Big kids and small kids enjoyed it. Ideally a 2 day stay is needed to get around the full park. So clean and tidy. Lots and lots of facilities. Great staff. Prices for food and drink were ok.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
This is a lovely park with something for everyone. There are great rides for kids, animals to see, excellent dining options, fun photo opportunities, a water park, and many other attractions. The park is immaculately maintained, showing a refreshing attention to detail. It also offers free parking, which is considerate for families. We had a wonderful day and it is definitely worth visiting.
A great day out and we will be returning again. We were there from opening to closing time and still didn't manage to get around the whole park. There is a variety of rides depending on age and thrill/adrenaline desire, which is great for the whole family. Beautiful plants and garden areas, the whole place is very clean. Plenty of seating & dining areas, restaurants and clean toileting facilities. The only downside is the queue for rides. It wasn't unbearable and everyone is understanding if children get upset as we all had to wait.
Really good 2 days at the park. Glad we did 2 days as it saved us rushing around from ride to ride. The second day was so quiet we went on several rides over and over. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food is good value for money.
We were visiting from Australia and can honestly say this is the cleanest and prettiest theme park I have been too. So much greenery and beautiful landscaped gardens. It makes the day so much more enjoyable rather than seeing a normally concrete jungle at other parks. I would like to commend all staff who keep the place so beautiful. Our daughter aged 4 was able to go on all the rides and we had the best day. Going a week day out of school holidays meant our longest wait for a ride was 5 minutes. We were able to ride her favourite ones multiple times. If you are considering taking your children here, it is a no brainer. You will not regret it. Thank you for a brilliant day!
