What is now known as Diane's pet store is still in the dark ages. 
The housing in which all the animals are kept  is appalling. 
The majority of shavings looked like they hadn't been changed in at least a week as they were yellow, and covered in uneaten food and feces. 

The cages are also crammed full of animals with barely any room to move. The rabbits and Guinea pigs had no hay, water bottles were dirty and green. 
The floors of the bird cages were covered in feces and piles of empty seed husks. 

All of these issues which in this day and age and with the knowledge available via books and the Internet there is no excuse for such bad care of these animals. 
If you buy any animal I'm sure an unexpected death or trip to the vets will be on the cards. 

Such a shame there are still shops like this around.

I get my pet food here regularly, great service and very competitive prices,

bad costumer service and selling faulty goods ! refused to give me my money back on an item not fit for purpose ! avoid
