I am in here every week sometimes every night due to work as stay in a nearby hotel. The staff are great and the pizzas are magic. Also lovely King Ribs and chips freshly cooked. Excellent value for money

Wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Ordered from here tonight on just eat and requested for it to be delivered at half 6 as wouldn't be in the house until that time. The restaurant added on 30 minutes to my delivery time which I didn't mind, but while I was at work I received a phone call to say my delivery was at my house. I had to get a family member to go up to the house to collect it as it was only 5:15. My sister had called up the restaurant and had the phone put down on her as soon as she said what they had done. I had then contacted them myself and they had said there was no requested delivery time and there was nothing the could do about... so no help at all. After I got home we had contacted just eat as we wanted a refund as food went to waste as no one was there to eat it and was put in the bin. They had then told us that we had put down a requested time and our delivery was early and they would get in contact with them and get back to us. Once they got back to us they had said the restaurant informed them saying that the manager wasn't in at the moment, but while we were on the phone to the restaurant about 15 minutes before the manager was there and speaking in the background. So we are still waiting for Just Eat to get back in contact with us but I won't be ordering from here again, I am very disappointed and shocked at how the restaurant handled the situation and I won't even go on about the food, they had put about five chips and each box as if they've chucked it all together and sent it out.

Really starting to go down hill fast last 3 times chips soggy and tasteless fish disgusting the batter to thick and stodginess is unpalatable and the service is a joke stand about waiting on them doing delivery orders think its time to find a more tasty chippy.

Very poor ordered at 6-55pm now going on 21-10 and still not delivered won't be using them again
