Sophie was great. She took her time to chat through all options with me and the restyle from long hair to pixie cut is great, I love it and already had lots of compliments about it. I also respect that the other Sophie I was booked with did not feel confident doing the haircut and rather than going ahead asked to swap, I feel that shows real professionalism from the salon. I was looking for a hairdresser for about 3 months and finally I found the Paul Watts hairstyle. I wanted to dye and cut my damaged and split hair again, I was very worried, but the result was beyond perfect. Thank you for your skillful work. And one detail, I'm Turkish, I don't speak English, we agreed without speaking. It was a very kind gesture that the staff who took care of me had a Turkish translation program installed on their phone when I went on the day of the appointment.
A lovely experience today with Sophie. She went over and above to do the best job she could. She recommended a deep conditioning treatment, which made my hair look the best ever.I will have this every time I have a trim. Thank you Sophie.Services: Blowouts
Really lovely place, staff are very friendly. My only problem was I asked for a fringe multiple times and showed pictures of what I wanted, and the stylist just would not do it - this was the only reason I went for a hair cut. I ended up with long bangs jaw length that I asked to be cut shorter and into a fringe. She cut it to the top of my nose and said I need bangs to learn how to care for a fringe and I can always come back if I still want a fringe? I had to leave because of parking running out and just cut the fringe myself when I got home. The rest of the cut was really nice, I just don’t understand why she wasn’t listening to me about the fringe. I’ve had a fringe before so I know it’s not about it fitting my face or whatever but surely if that’s the case she should say and then let me make the decision about how I have my hair.Services: Hairstyling

Wonderful first experience, got my haircut by Paul himself- terrific job- I have really thick hair and it's not easy to cut.
Never again Wasted my time and money 4.5 hrs in there and walked away disappointed and beyond upset Showed a picture what I was going for as well so there couldn't be misunderstanding, but still didn't get what I asked for. Not blended and patchy, very amature.Service: Balayage

Had my hair cut and blow dried using their products. Appt was for 10am on a Tuesday which seems to be a good time as the salon was quiet. Stacey asked how I'd like my hair and offered advice. She did everything from start to finish, including making me a cuppa. Very happy with the result and the generous OAP discount.Service: Hairstyling
