"Patri has several meanings, in Hindi it means Pavement, in Urdu it means Track and in ancient Sanskrit its means a vessel or small furnace.The name took us back to our origins and we decided to use Pavement, Tracks, and Furnace to come up with a street food menu that contains all three elements.Our starters are street food classics on the pavements in India and Pakistan.Our grills are freshly cooked in the Tandoor at over 400 degrees to replicate cooking in a furnace.Our curries are inspired by the railway cooks on train journeys in India.2019 is the year of Train Food and we will evoke the tastes and aromas of foods found on some of India’s most iconic rail journeys."

Average food taste however the quality and service from staff was excellent. I’ve been here 3 times and every time the food ordered tasted different. I enjoy their drinks and ambience. It’s a small place but enough sitting area worth booking table . The dishes are presented fancy . Pricing I personally think is expensive but because it’s in Hammersmith it’s justified . I would still go back for the friendly service and ambience. Personal recommendation would be the paneer dish and tandoori chicken wings . Try their lime soda too
We found Patri by chance and so happy we did. The food was excellent, the desert divine and the service second to none. The menu is extensive and especially good for vegans and vegetarians and we will be back just to work our way through the menu. We recommend plenty of good eateries on here and Patri is up there with the best.
Absolutely incredible Indian food with a very wide selection of dishes available!!! The staff were extremely friendly and provided an excellent service. All of the dishes they recommended were amazing and I'm really happy that we tried them. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be coming back!! Probably the best restaurant I've been to in London so far.
Myself and my daughter came here before seeing a show in the Eventim Hammersmith. Selection of food was wide, meat and vegetarian and they even had vegan options, portions were very good sizes. We had a sharing samosa and butter chicken and shared it, was more than enough for us. The food was so tasty, it was served in good time piping hot and fresh. Great cocktails and my daughter had a mocktail which were lovely. The people that worked there were so kind and friendly. It’s hidden away from the main high street of Hammersmith but about a 10 minute walk from the station. Really delicious will be recommending to my family and friends

The balance achieved by Patri's seasoned head chef, Vijendra Rana, who's mainly plied his trade in Dubai, that makes the curry dishes here truly stand out from so many others we've had in this crowded, monotonous market. Each one has its own distinct tone and flavour, making them not only memorable in their own right, but also extremely difficult for us to choose one particular dish for our Menu Recommendation below. Love coming to a Patri branch, this is the first time coming to Hammersmith. Food and ambience is amazing! Staff are really helpful too.
Food is great! Comes very close to authentic Indian flavour. Starters are really good so I highly recommend it. Dal makhani on point.Food: 5/5
