Food finally arrived after 2 hours missing one of the main meals! We where told that would be made and sent straight out, had a phone call 45mins later to say driver couldn’t find our address already delivered the rest of the food and hour earlier and told meal not coming. Then the shop rang to tell us it was coming and when it finally arrived after 3 hours the driver rang us to go to his car to say he couldn’t find out door which he was parked opposite and told me if I wasn’t happy to call the shop!
Very poor tonight and poor attitude when telling you food was missing and Parmo was medium size with no chicken in the centre. Last time for me sadly and we order twice a week so it’s £40-£50 a week you will lose out on. All I asked despite being upset was to put the order right and all you cared about was putting it right next time. Too over confident for my liking. Don’t expect upset customers to come back like we’re part of a subscription. Last time sadly Also, they edited my 1 star review on there website and changed it to 5 star and removed my comments and replied to it by saying thank you. Most of there reviews are also 5 star with no comments and a reply saying thank you. Seems they are editing everyone’s reviews. Avoid!
Probably worst kebab I've ever had. Couldn't even get the order correct.Food: 1/5
Favourite take away in Redcar. On JustEat too and have always delivered earlier than the estimate. Vegetarian options: Lots and all good
Awfull greasy and very pricey have to put this down to the worst pizza shop to date
