Mixed experiences here. Handy as it's just across the road but the majority of the time I'll happily go elsewhere. Has a variety of things at sort of reasonable pricing but the owner is so miserable. Hardly talks, always looks unwelcoming. Card payment minimum spend seems to change from person to person £5 minimum spend on my visit but then £3 minimum spend for others...id say take the extra time and go somewhere else
Rude, horrible people. Go spend your money somewhere more deserving.
The parents are utterly rude. Cash machine never works but then won't accept payment by card for certain things. All because they get charged for when they take a card payment. MAKE SURE THE CASH MACHINE IS WORKING THEN. Their children that occasionally run the shop couldn't be any nicer, need to teach their parents a thing or two about customer service especially when you're a regular customer.
Okay little shop if you need a few bits. It's alittle hard to tell the prices of things as not everything has a lable or sign. Staff seem quiet but reasonably friendly.
Went to get some gas and electric credits for an elderly neighbour's.. Machine inoperative .no advise when asked for alternatives. Not interested at All.
Good old unfriendly Mr. Patel. Never says a thing, whether you're buying corn flakes, fabric softener, or 6ay p0rn
Best shop for all sorts around crossgates! We always go here they have lots to choose from
UPS drop off point for parcels, very handy, also not a bad shop with plenty of choice.
Ok as a lot of their goods have a retail recommend price on the labels so you don't get too ripped off
RUDE AND ARROGANT! WILL NOT USE THIS SHOP AGAIN! NEVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO MUCH FOR "SHOP LOCAL AND HELP SMALL BUSINESSES TO SURVIVE DURING COVID"
