Ordered my motability car with Michelle at pat Kirk Omagh. After a horrendously experience with a previous car I was a little bit nervous but omg Michelle was amazing. An amazing lady soooo friendly so honest so unbelievably lovely. Yesterday I picked up my shiny new car and Michelle was again so fabulous....The handover was fabulous she set up my phone my radio but she was so patient even though I went on and on and on question after question and she was so patient and so nice.nnIf anyone is looking for a shiny new nissan on motability and want to deal with the best person ever and want the nicest bunch of people looking after you make your way to Pat Kirk in Omagh. They are  the best

I contacted Pauric 8-9 weeks ago 26/03/26 regarding my car needing a differential sensor for my Nissan Quasqai. He took all my details at first and said he would get back to me. 2 weeks had gone by and heard nothing so i rang twice on the 14/04/26 asking for an update. He had no clue what i was talking about and retook my details again and said he will get back to me again. Another week has gone by and i rang on the 22/04/26 asking for an update he said i would need to come in for a diagnostic test, which i did on the 1st of May and it showed up that i needed a differential pressure sensor. Pauric advised he would order this part and get back to me which will take a week.nnI contacted Pauric again on the 19th of may, he said that the part will be coming in at the end of the week and he will call me back to schedule an appointment. I called last Friday to ask for an update, Pauric said he will get back to me. He never did. Contacted him yesterday again and he said he will ring me back. It is now the 2nd of june and i have constantly chasing this up from the 26th of March with Pauric. I have contacted another Nissan garage and they said they will have the part by tomorrow and will book me in next week to fix this problem.nnI highly recommend not going here. The service is an absolute shambles.
