Rented in Chester for 5 years, having 3 properties dotted around Chester City centre. Linda in particular i dealt with throughout the 5 years, who was always quick to sort out issues/respond to queries and was always exceptionally friendly.

Good and reliable agent. Fast response in case of repairs and maintenance. Maintenance team are brilliant, quick and smart.

We had to have a shorter term rental while work was done on our house and throughout we found the team at Passion for Property very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond to any issues and helpful in resolving these. While we don't want to actually have to rent again we were very happy with our experience!

Recently let a property through this company. Wonderful, friendly staff who kept me updated throughout. Highly recommended - the best letting agents I have used in 12 years of living in Chester.
