Called for a quote on some pots for a client. I was promiced a email with the quote later that day but never recieved it. I have called up 4-5 times over the last 2 weeks each time explaining the situation and asking for the quote to be sent asap.Each time i was promiced that it would be chased up and i would recieve it that day. after 2 weeks of this i have had no reply and i have given up waiting. 0/10 for service, would not recomend dealing with this company.
Matthew Granfield knows nothing about pots and the hard work that goes into this industry. due to covid and brexit insecurities bad reviews like these can sink a business. while I have nothing but pleasure from passion for pots.

Excellent, absolutely love my pots Couldn’t recommend passions for pots anymore service is absolutely sublime I’ve placed the pot in my front garden brightens the place up so much Customer service was spot on, I travelled from Aberdeen to buy pots from here as I heard they were so good, top quality shop and all round nice guy
