I enjoy going to different pet shops & so I am sorry that I'm writing this review... When I walked in, I was told that I could not go upstairs due to cleaning happening. Then I got to the fish tanks... multiple fish were dead, not just in one or two tanks, but in many tanks. In one tank, there were no fish in it, or so I thought. When I looked amongst the plants, there was a very decomposed fish that has been there for a long time. The aquatic plants were sadly overrun by bladder snails, so you would go home with a pest snail amongst your plants. Overall, it was not a nice place & I will not be going back.
Ordered a Fluval Siena 332 from PASS aquatics and they couldn’t have been more helpful in the order process.nnSharif even delivered to my house out of hours in the middle of nowhere!nnWill definitely be using them for my future fish etc if they stock them.

Was looking forward to coming and having a little look at some reptiles today!! We got there and there was a dead bird in one the the cages , a dead gecko in it’s empty water bowl none of the reptiles had water in their tanks , we overheard a conversation of someone buying an animal and they were asked no questions about if they knew how to look after it or had the right equipment or experience! Overall felt like the animals are not in good care or condition

There's always something fascinating to admire in the tanks, and the new Red Sea peninsula tank is an absolute showstopper.nnRecently, I faced an unexpected challenge when the return pump in my tank failed. To my relief, not only did they have a replacement pump readily available, but their wide selection meant I could choose the one best suited for my setup. It's a real asset to have a resource like this right on our doorstep.nnI can't recommend this pet shop enough. It's evident that they prioritize the well-being of the animals they care for, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Whether you're an experienced hobbyist or just starting out, this is the place to go for all your aquatic and reptilian needs.
