My daughter has been going to Little Stars since she was 2 years old and will be leaving this September, I honestly wish she could stay there for her primary school years, I’ll be very sad to see her leave. The staff are all so caring and kind, she has loved coming to Little Stars from day one and I have seen such a big change in her, she has grown into a confident little girl thanks to them! I would highly recommend this Nursery and pre school to anyone.
Our 3 year old son is absolutely thriving at Little Stars, the progress he is making in all aspects of his development is hugely positively affected by his time there.nThe staff are caring, friendly, supportive and go the extra mile.nOur second will be going there as well!
My niece attended this nursery, she came home with bruising on the inside of her ear with no explanation from the nursery. We asked the nursery to review the CCTV from the 9 hour day and after an hour stated there was nothing on the CCTV. As a family we decided to report this injury to social care which resulted in an admission to Tameside hospital for safeguarding reasons. she had a full head to toe skeletal survey which involved multiple rounds of radiation, a CT head, her eyes dialated for an ophthalmology review and blood test done. 3 days later the CCTV was reviewed again and there was footage of my niece falling into her ear and being picked up by a staff member to comfort her. Our family had to go through a traumatic experience and a child exposed to multiple radiation for the nursery to explain where the injury came from and review the CCTV properly like we asked in the first instance. Management here are absolutely disgusting we have given them multiple opportunities to make this right and we still haven't had an apology from anyone or any contact from them to say what they will learn from this experience. The only email we have had is them asking for £30 we owe. May I add there were a few members of staff we met who cared for my niece who were incredible and were amazing and couldn't fault there care however management do not follow procedures properly and investigate any concerns properly which is a safeguarding concern for children in there care. Ofsted have been made aware and will be investigating this nursery.
My little boy loves going to nursery then to preschool here. He gets when there are holidays so he can't go. He has bonded with every member of staff and has grown in his development in every way. I would recommend little stars to anyone who wants kind caring and dedicated staff to look after their child along with home grown produce making up the home made organic foods they eat.
Great lovely and freindly people and amazing with the children 3 stars tho due to my child being left in a dirty nappy for at least 2 hours due to the rash on him
