Great staff from the admin team and GPS but almost impossible to make contact via telephone as they are too busy to accept incoming calls.

Cannot fault this medical centre. Everyone from the receptionists to doctors and nurse practitioners are helpful and friendly. We've been several times (having children requires it) so also experienced the midwife care and always got prompt appointments. Dr Glenister and the receptionist Rebecca being particularly helpful.

Nice practice, but the lift had been broken for a fortnight and there is no way for wheelchair users, or those with limited mobility to get upstairs!
