I've have being with Shore Medical for many years now The doctors that I've seen have many since retired. I 've now see quite a few new doctors to me. These doctors are amazing and there are so passionate about there professional I cannot fault them. I feel so luckly. I tell my friends and they say I wish my doctors was has good as they are. You don't often get a doctor who really cares and has the time for you. Shore Medical doctors that I have being cared for seen by are brilliant. Even the Amin are so thoughtful and go that extra mile. Thank you all of you. For being the people you are. Many many thanks. Hazel
Had my yearly check up which was fine and efficient. On the day I forgot to sort out a repeat prescription, so phoned up later and was told I was too old for them to help over the phone, im 59. But the lady said she 'can't' help me or the practice won't let her i guess.
I have had to go a few times to my surgery recently for different conditions plus a phone call consultation & would like to say how impressed I am with each doctor. They are so friendly & actually have time for you. The receptionist was so friendly she has 4 cats! Thank you to you all!
The doctor ignored my four-year-old throughout the appointment. She attempted to speak multiple times and was not acknowledged or responded to. She even gently placed her hand on the doctor’s hand, thinking perhaps she hadn’t been heard, and was still completely ignored. It was very upsetting, and no child should feel invisible in a healthcare setting. We have since changed GP.
- I'm at Portsmouth Hospital now. They are very kind. I don't need any help at the moment. This is just a message to let you know that Portsmouth Hospital is much better than yours
