I used Parkside Cars to transport 19 people to Fakenham races from East Rudham. I thought they were excellent value for money, kept me informed of estimated arrival time, were at the meeting point at the agreed time and knew the best routes to avoid us having to queue for ages. Thank you for making something that could have been very complicated, so straightforward!
Last winter I needed to get to an appointment at Cromer hospital that could not be cancelled. I had booked with another taxi company which phoned me on the day to cancel as it was snowing. I phoned many companies in Blakeney, Cromer and Sheringham, none were prepared to come out. One of the companies suggested Parkside so I gave them a ring. They were prepared to pick me up and arrived at the exact time I had requested. The driver took extreme care because of the horrendous weather conditions and explained every step of the way why we were going down certain roads due to the many road blockages. He delivered me safe and sound. I needed a taxi this week 6 months later so phoned Parkside again. I was picked up by the same driver at the exact time requested. A thoroughly professional company. Now, I won't go anywhere else.
A very poor service which I cannot recommend to anyone. left me and my family stranded including my small new born after telling us they would pick us up at a certain time. I was fobbed off on the phone when I rang to see where they were. I was told a pack of lies and they were not even going to call me to warn me they were not coming. Steer clear and use someone else
Avoid these creatures! Literally stopped for fuel and my seatbelt wouldn't budge when I tried putting it back on, asked if I could borrow a spanner to try fixing, they said no, I asked if they could look at it, they replied might be able to later! Leaving me 2 choices, wait in the hope they will or drive with no seatbelt! Absolute scum in my opinion, I'd give 0 stars if that was possible.
