"At Parks Dental Care, we aim to provide the highest standard of care for all of our patients. Our six surgeries are fully equipped, modern and operate with the highest hygiene standards. Established in 1991, by Michael and Elizabeth Park, we currently have six dental surgeons and one hygienist, along with a team of dedicated dental support staff. In 2001 the practice moved to Frances Street, becoming one of the first purpose built practices in the province. There is an integrated digital x-ray system linked up to the fully computerised surgeries with dedicated sterilisation rooms."

Terrific service from all at the clinic. Very professional, yet congenial and welcoming. My dentist gave me a comprehensive, informative and insightful check-up, even recognising the results of a childhood accident from the new x-ray. He offered a thorough assessment of what would be in my best interests, presented a few options and offered estimated costs up front. I fully recommend Parks Dental Surgery.
Friendly, professional and well equipped. Plus I am confident that I will always get a speedy appointment if I have a dental emergency. No-one actually LIKES going to the dentist, but the people at Parks make it as pleasant as poss!

Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Price was pretty much standard from what I can see across ards so really, I've nothing bad to say. Hygienist offered useful advice, probably above what was even needed
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and Dr Park has a lovely way with her, especially with the kids. The practice was spotlessly clean and there are good hygiene practices in place throughout the appointment
The best practice in County Down! Elizabeth is a first class dentist. Professional, thorough, informative and great craic. Nicola the Hygienist is fantastic in her field and the front of house staff along with the dental nurses are warm, friendly and supportive.
After nearly 10 years of not going to a dentist because my previous dentists were brutal so I can whole heartedly say that parks are amazing my experiences have been fairly pain-free and they are very understanding :
I had broken a tooth and rang on Friday to get an urgent appointment. I got the appointment that afternoon and was given a temporary filling and am booked in for another appointment in a couple of weeks time This level of service is second to none.
From the moment I walked through the door today, with a dilemma but no appointment, I was met with positivity and a can-do approach. My thanks to the efficient and understanding receptionist who immediately put me at ease, to the caring nurse who shared possible solutions and liaised with the dentist, and to Dr Steven McDowell who so kindly agreed to see me. Thanks to superb teamwork and professionalism my day ended so much better than it began. I can highly recommend Parks Dental Surgery. Thank you all again!
