The team at Parkhills were excellent throughout the whole process of us purchasing our new car. All of their cars are AA checked as standard, and they also offer transparently priced extended warranties. If you’re looking for a friendly place to buy a competitively-priced vehicle without feeling pressured, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I cannot praise Parkhills enough for the way they dealt with the purchase of my BMW 4 series. As I was buying from nearly 300 miles away, nothing was too much trouble to ensure the car was exactly as described prior to collection day, the first time I would see the car in the metal. The customer service from Will was exemplary, an asset to the business. Thanks again Parkhills for an enjoyable and fuss free purchase.
Visited last week to look at car. No pushy sales which was great. Needed couple jobs doing for AA inspection which were done quickly. Came back for car Tuesday this week. We dealt with Paul throughout the whole deal. He was really helpful and friendly all the time. A little issue arose but Paul sorted immediately. Would highly recommend this garage

I bought my first car, Citroen C1, from Will back in October 2023, he was amazing, could not do enough for me. Parkhills Car Centre proved that customer satisfaction is paramount. Simon and Paul dealt with a couple of very difficult situations swiftly and professionally. When the windscreen of the car I was part exchanging was damaged beyond repair, not Parkhills fault, completely my own fault, Simon and Paul guided me on getting my windscreen repaired, ensuring the part exchange still went ahead. There was one small flaw with the new vehicle, this was dealt with and rectified the very next day. I would highly recommend Parkhills Car Centre if customer service and after care is important to you.

Very friendly. From the moment I spoke to will he was very polite and helpful. He sent a video of the car as soon as we had spoken, even though it was raining at the time. They completed a long journey check as i was going to be travelling a couple of hours home. I collected the car the following day. Very pleased with the quality of the car. Will went through everything in the pack and explained why and what it all ment. Great service and great car. Thank you
If you want a no pressure experience when buying a car then look no further . I cannot fault the services provided at Parkhills when I bought my new car last week . The help given by Simon and Paul was outstanding from start to finish . Everything went very smoothly, a good trade in offer, and my new car was pristine when I collected it a few days later .All paperwork and car tax was dealt with swiftly . I left with the confidence that if I encounter any problems in the coming weeks which I very much doubt I will have that I can contact them and all will be sorted . Keep up the good work , if I ever update my car in the future I wouldn't hesitate in using you again, but it wont be for some time as I'm thrilled with my new car . Thankyou .
