Try and avoid registering here. Waited and hour to get through last week then cut off. Tried at 4.30 pm today and after 20 mins got throught but no appointments. Made me go out and buy private insurance with how terrible the service is.nI am sorry but you can't blame underfunding, my previous surgery in Stirling was superb!
Thankyou to Lisa, the receptionist who phoned me on Friday the 6 th after seeing the doctor earlier that day. She kept me updated , and phoned me back later to confirm things I’m really worried about.
Very friendly staff very difficult to get an appointment the staff at the pharmacy are always very cheerful and helpful the people that are parking in the disability blue badge parking area without a badge is disgusting
As other reviewers have said, the phone system is useless. They should do something about it because it's almost impossible to get through, I worry for anyone in an emergency situation. They don't use the online system even though it's there, can login but can't book anything. I usually end up having to in to book or change appointments which is frustrating.
Extremely difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment/home visit, would have been a major issue if more serious and an ambulance would have been recommended in that case. Was about to do that when call was actually answered but reception staff were helpful.nDoctor who attended house call had zero empathy or bedside manner, most unnecessary actually.
