I wanted to share how grateful I was for my appointment with Dr Trivedi. He was exceptionally calm, empathetic, and reassuring throughout, which made a very difficult conversation feel manageable. I felt genuinely listened to, and he was flexible in his approach, taking the time to understand how things were affecting me personally. He offered thoughtful, practical strategies to help me cope and look after myself, rather than rushing to conclusions. I really appreciated the care he showed in arranging follow-up and review, which made me feel supported and not dismissed. I left the appointment feeling heard, cared for, and deeply thankful for his kindness and professionalism.
3 stars is not how my experience is with Parkfield Medical Centre!nnI moved to Parkfield Medical centre for two years now, and have been needing to visit GP more times than I’d have hoped for. But for every visit, the staffs, nurses and doctors are patient, helpful, friendly and doing their best to accommodate the requirements.nnThe centre is very organised. They seem to start partnering with near by practice to offer more appointments.nnI understand with high demand, they are under a lot of pressure. No GP is perfect. But they are doing their best greeting patient with a smile. Thank you!
I have always been able to get timely appointment at Parkfield whenever my family needed it. Also the reception staff and the doctors are Parkfield are very friendly and understanding. Grateful we have such a nice GP clinic near our home. Thank you for your services.
This morning I was able to book a phone appointment and was called by Dr Pollara who not only sorted out the problem I was experiencing, but offered me further support over the coming weeks. She genuinely cared for my health and I felt fully supported. I have always received excellent care at Park field but it was Dr Pollara's exceptional care which moved me to leave a review. Thank you so much.
Lovely doctors I’ve always felt really supported especially Dr Ramanathan and Dr Triedi. I can go to them with really obscure conditions that i think match my symptoms and they never make me feel like stupid or patronise me. As a woman with chronic illness I've face my fair share of gaslighting but never from Parkfeild. The reception staff are will lovely and try their hardest to get appointments. Theres a lovely lady call millie who i saw going above and beyond with helping an elderly patient. She treated them like you would your grandparents. I would highly recommend them. You can tell they actually care about the patients and their wellbeing.
