If I could give zero I would, the prescription team have reduced my medication to 14 day’s supply due to me not having blood test which they refuse to do because they don’t take bloods anymore but if I was 80 they would I have limited mobility which makes the walks Barnet and chase farm from bus stops are to excessive, also I have not had a medication review, simply they phone once I missed it, they send a text I have phoned numerous times often waiting for 20 minutes plus I can’t send a text. I have yet to get through to their office with limited times to contact them and excessive waiting time on phone. The conclusion is if I don’t jump to their orders they will keep reducing my medication as a blackmail. This is the second reduction which will be reduced again to 7 day prescriptions if I don’t do as they dictate, which is far easier said than done and requires me taking day off for a blood test that can be completed at Parkfield as for the medication review which I can make an appointment for only if I phone will continue to be near impossible when trying to phone, like trying to make drs appointment
Been with this surgery since I move to Potters Bar 26 years ago. They have always been fantastic. Like all Drs now, getting an appointment can at times be challenging, but the Doctors are really great and the service we have received from them has always been really good. Would highly recommend.
This is the worst GP i ve ever been to, they never have appointments, and when you go to your appointment you always have to wait for more than 1 hour to see the doctor. Also they dont take seriously your problem, i had a big pain on my lower abdominal and apparently this should have been a urgent problem , but they took it slowly and they sent me to a section for minor problems, waited there for more than 1 hour to see the doctor , and then the doctor told me that this is not a minor problme , you should book another appointment with gp because its urgent and they made a mistake to send you in this section.nI called the gp but they never answer, there is always a long queue, and when they answer they tell me they dont have appointments. Worst experience with a surgery ever.
I was speaking with the receptionist Mrs Melvin Maxine this afternoon. She is really courteous, polite, professional and ALWAYS happy! She was attentive and I like her approach to patients. Most of times I experienced really sarcastic receptionists in other gp practices. This Lady I think is new but I have seen her couple of times as much as I attended Parkfield. She is the face of the brand. Thank you!
Sorry to say because there are some very lovely doctors here like Dr Ramanathan, Dr Tunsu and Dr Uzo but there are some absolutely awful, arrogant, cold, uncaring, condescending and rude doctors who have no place in the medical profession Dr Sivapalan, Dr Hussain and Mohammed Asleif?. Also trying to get an appointment is so difficult and stressful.
