I feel it’s only fair to leave an honest review based on my experience.nnWhen I initially purchased the vehicle, the external preparation was poor. The car had scuffs that appeared between me agreeing to buy it and collection, some items were missing, and I was told new tyres had been fitted — which they hadn’t. To be fair, these issues were eventually rectified, but only after I had to push quite heavily to get them sorted.nnSince then, the car has generally been fine and, as it’s now over a year on, I fully understand that wear and tear happens and things can go wrong. I have no unrealistic expectations there.nnHowever, a recent issue has caused serious concern. The airbag SRS system has been found to have been tampered with. Instead of properly repairing a fault, SRS emulators had been fitted to mask the issue. This is not a cosmetic problem — it’s a major safety feature of the vehicle.nnI cannot say whether this was done by Parker Prestige or a previous owner, but I do feel that something of this nature should have been identified if the vehicle was prepared and checked by a qualified Bosch service centre as stated at the time of sale.nnI reached out to raise my concerns but unfortunately feel I’ve been fobbed off. The most worrying part is thinking about what could have happened if the vehicle had been involved in an accident and the airbags failed to deploy.nnVery disappointed with how this has been handled.
