The service I received was fantastic. No issues from start to finish. Billy was a fantastic sales man and very good natured. Took away any nerves I had by being so good at talking me through the full process. Billy made it the best experience for me and I can’t thank him enough. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
My experience with Parks Renault Motherwell has always been excellent, over the years has been enjoyable. I very recently bought a Renault Captur with the assistance of William Campbell, who is genial, helpful and knowledgeable. I found him excellent as he took me through the process of getting another car. I recommend Parks personnel as excellent. Their vehicles are first class along with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent purchase from start to finish. The sales executive Grant Black was very helpful and made everything go very smoothly. The price of the car was very reasonable and I believe I got a fair trade in price. The handover information was comprehensive and the demonstration of the car's instrumentation very effective and easy to understand. 5 stars.

Just got our new car and we are absolutely delighted. Zak Ford was a total star and a professional all through the process. He kept us up to date daily while the car was being prepared for us and when we collected the car Zak was there to talk us through and show us every feature of the car he even set up our mobile phones on hands free for us. Both members of staff i dealt with Ellis at the start and Billy Williamson until completion were courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. Billy kept us up to date with the progress of the order and handled the handover of the vehicle including dealing with the private number plate seamlessly. Fast,easy, efficient transaction.Billy was very informative,friendly and knew the business inside out. His car set -up organisation and communication were second to none.Billy explained clearly the workings and controls of a hybrid car in comparison to a petrol or diesel very succinctly.
