Marc and the team at Chatleys were absolutely superb. A fantastic range of clothing for any occasion, great value & quality. Efficient and friendly service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.
I was on the large size of shop suits, and the smallest here, but I managed to find the perfect suit in minutes. They have a large range of lovely, good quality suits - and shirts, etc. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Really highly recommended.
Never been to the shop but their customer service to my online orders has been extremely impressive. Bought a shirt, returned it and the matched the price when I changed it for a slightly more expensive shirt. Really nice range of clothes that I have not seen in other places. Just really impressed.

This shop is amazing. The staff are always willing to help. If they don't have it in your size they will always try there hardest to get it for you. Been in a few times now and every time has been great. So much choice. Recently got a suit for my wedding and they ordered me a waist coat to go with it. Even do alterations if its not quite right which is normally done in a couple of days. I love this shop and will continue to use it. Its not the cheapest shop but the quality is worth paying the little extra for. All 3 members of the team are so helpful and friendly. Relaxed and welcoming environment. 6*+ for sure.
Staff are all good and friendly help you alot
This is the first time I've visited Chatleys since their move from Manchester a few years back and I was worried that their level of service might have declined since then. I needn't have worried. They were as welcoming and helpful as ever. The choice and quality is second to none, and they are not judgmental towards the bigger man. Shops like these are a rarity these days and I should be supported. 5 stars, wish I could post 6.
If you are an odd shape, Chatleys is the place to go. Great quality clothes, and the staff will bend over backwards to make sure it will all fit perfectly. The suit was great, but needed a minor alteration. They had it done within a couple of hours so we could take it home with us, as we live over 50 miles away. Well worth the journey.
Excellent customer service. Nice to be able to shop and find complete outfit for my sons wedding. Being a rather large man had doubts about getting a suit .Fixed up with a quality suit and accessories that didn't break the bank. Compliments by family and friends at the wedding.Would highly recommend.
